We offer a refund of the purchase price (and the freight costs, if the complete shipment is returned) on items returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase and return form to the above address. This means that the items must be unused and, insofar as possible, packed in the original packaging with attached card or sticker. The one-off fitting of clothing or shoes is not considered use. Note: Tights may only be returned or exchanged when the package is unopened.
The refund will be made to the original bank account, used at the order.
DEFECT ITEMS
We will accept returns of defective items as long as it contains less than a year ago were purchased through us www.lepapillon.net and confirm our auditors of the returns department that it is faulty material or manufacturing defect. We ask you to indicate on the return form in the shipment what the problem is. If you’ve bought shoes, clothes or accessories from an authorized dealer, then you should contact them.
