Papillon uses DHL for You as a carrier.
1st delivery attempt will take place on Tuesday / Friday between 18:00 and 21:00. We ask you to take this into account when specifying the desired delivery address. In total there are 4 delivery attempts (1st in the evening, 2nd day, possibly 3rd or 4th again in the evening).
